Frequently asked questions
Why couldn't I add my card to Apple Pay or Google Pay?
The most common reasons are:
Your country isn't supported. Apple Pay is only available for cardholders living in certain countries, based on the country of residence on your etfi.fi-bh01-evm.com account. See Apple Pay supported countries and regions.
Apple or Google declined it. Apple and Google run their own security checks on each card and device. If a check fails, the card can't be added, and etfi.fi-bh01-evm.com can't override that decision.
The card details didn't match. Check that the card number, expiry date and CVV were entered exactly as shown in the app.
If you're not sure why it failed, contact us through live chat and we'll check the exact reason for you.
Why am I being asked to verify the card?
Apple Pay or Google Pay may ask you to verify the card before you can use it, usually with a one-time code sent to your phone number or email. Follow the prompts in the wallet app.
In some cases, because of risk checks, you may be asked to call a phone number (ending in 8885) to verify the card instead.
Can I use the same card on multiple devices?
We recommend adding your card to one device only. Adding the same card to more than one device often fails.
Which bank should I select when adding my card?
If you are asked to choose a bank while adding your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay, scroll to the bottom of the list and select "Other".
